Every year Kwasind needs volunteers like yourself to join us for weekend of April 2-4, 2025 at Camp Kwasind to begin to set up the property for a PHENOMENAL summer 2025 with making SPRING WORK WEEKEND a PARTY!
We need those with special trade skills as well as we need those who simply are willing to give a helping hand and everything in between as we get our water system working, install our dock system, as we rake and clean up brush around property, get cabins set up, do a goo general spring cleaning, split fire work, set up campfire circle and so much more.
Come to be with friends, alumni and camp staff this SPRING to gather around the campfire, do some work around camp, have some good food and share in the memories! Whether you can come for just the Saturday or for the full weekend, we need lots of hands on deck to help…we will feed you well, give you a camp bed to get rest and incredible fresh air to soak in.
We want to make this WORK WEEKEND a PARTY as we come together to get work done, to share stories and laughs, to enjoy a campfire & smores, while reconnecting with friends and meeting new ones.
BONUS FOR THIS YEAR… we are having a few AFTER PARTIES:
If you can’t make it on May 2-4 for our BIG PARTY, or you want to simply get more time at camp, we are adding new this year the option that you can come for one of our smaller AFTER PARTIES that is happening each weekend in May (except for the long weekend).
We can’t open up camp without you – so please plan to join us at Camp Kwasind for the entire weekend or even just the day on Saturday to help get everything done. All ages and skill sets are welcome – we have jobs for everyone!
