Camp Kwasind provides an 29-acre camp property available for your group and can be adapted to the different needs and objectives you have. With a high value on customer service we seek to provide a quality and memorable experience for retreat and school groups along with leadership and church teams. Kwasind desires for the Fall and Spring seasons to serve as a means for the development of the next generation & young leaders, the chance for groups to experience the “touch of God” in a natural setting, and foster leadership development and innovation through ministry teams and organizations being able to come together for a weekend or just a few days. We are open for rental groups, schools and teams between Sept-Nov & April-June
FACILITIES & ACCOMMODATIONS
We are pleased to provide a spectacular camp setting on the shores of a picture perfect lake in the heart of Muskoka. We offer sleeping accommodations for up to 180 (Sept & June) and then 100 heated and winterized (April, May, Oct & Nov). Our cabins have bunk beds and can range from those will exposed studs and rafters with space heaters to those which are fully winterized and heated and from those with 3 in a room up to those with 17 in a room. We also have a few special rooms for Guest Speakers or Retreat Organizers that you can ask our retreat coordinator about.
We have a brand new KWASIND CENTRE (over 7000 sq ft building) that has two dining halls/indoor activity spaces, meeting rooms, individual washroom/showers, and an expanded kitchen to provide delicious catered meals. Over your stay we will provide catered meals in one of our two dining hall, you’ll have access to fully equipped space with audio video needs for worship and teaching, a be able to book into our creative learning environment building known as “THE COTTAGE” that is ideal for up to 20 people meeting space.
Throughout the rest of property we have a variety of indoor meeting spaces, large campfire circle, outdoor chapel, a games room and several outdoor spaces (including over 4,500 sq ft of deck space) to serve as meeting and gathering spaces. We also have a remarkable waterfront in our own private bay for swimming with access to canoes and kayaks.

We have two new large washroom buildings in our camper cabin areas as well as upgraded washrooms in our main lodge to service those in the winterized cabins.

PLEASE NOTE: The camp property is a smoke-free and alcohol-free site. Service animals are welcome (no personal pets).
ACTIVITIES
Throughout the Fall and Spring, we offer a variety of activities, but their available will vary depending on the time of year you are at Kwasind. Each season has its own unique activities at Kwasind. We would be happy to customize a program or an event for your group. Please contact us to find out more!
Activity options are: Canoeing, Kayaking, Basketball, Ed’s Ally, Tetherball, Frisbee Golf, Volleyball, Field Sports, Swimming [for the brave and if you bring a lifegaurd], Tire Swing, Baseball, Playground, Prayer Trail, Hiking, Fooseball, Board Games & Puzzles
Weather Dependent Activities: Campfires, Trampolines, Stargazing, Movie Nights, Low Ropes (staffing dependent)
Food Services
Camp Kwasind food services will be provided through our in-house/catering food team.
Schedule
You can set your own schedule for your time at Kwasind. Meal times and activity times can be set to meet with your group’s needs.
Prices
We offer a highly affordable retreat rates starting at ONLY $110/person (which includes food & lodging)! Prices are based on a per person basis with a minimum fee based on 30 people plus a $250 host fee. Please contact us for additional pricing and availability information.
We are not able to accommodate domesticated animals at camp.
