WANT TO BE MORE INVOLVED WITH KWASIND LEADERSHIP?
JOIN A WORKING TEAM
As Camp Kwasind has grown in the last decade, we are in the place where we have Year-Round Staff that are now able to manage all areas of camp. However, to maximize their impact and to continue the growth of camp, or in programs and property, we are needing more skillsets and volunteer support. This volunteer support will provide meaningful leadership, insights and support through being part of regular WORKING TEAMS that will be led by our YEAR-ROUND Staff. The aims of Working Teams are to have a greater investment into the shaping and ownership of camp and to provide the YEAR-ROUND staff members with feedback, creative insights and hands-on supports as to how we can thrive in the different areas of camp.
In the past we have had the Camp Kwasind Management Team working with a few Year Round Staff to provide this leadership. Going forward we want to give the opportunity to be part of camp operations to a larger group of those who are invested into Kwasind to help us move the camp forward. If you are wanting to be more involved in Kwasind, wanting to have a voice in decisions, and are willing to provide hands-on service, then joining one of our WORKING TEAMS is the best way to do this.
Below you will see more about each WORKING TEAM as well as a BUTTON you can click to let us know you would like more information on becoming involved in one of the working teams.
