WHAT IS SPRING CREW?
Spring Crew is more than a job. It’s a leadership development experience built on real responsibility, intentional formation, and meaningful community. Over 6 weeks, you’ll help operate Camp Kwasind during one of its most critical seasons while growing as a leader through structured teaching, hands-on experience, and daily rhythms that challenge and shape you.
You won’t just work at camp.
You’ll develop into the kind of leader people trust, follow, and rely on.
WHY SPRING CREW EXISTS
Spring Crew exists to build leaders and prepare camp physically before the summer begins.
We believe:

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- Honorarium: $625/week
- Duration: 6 Weeks
- Dates: May 4 – June 18
- Housing: Provided
- Meals: Meals provided when guest groups are present
- Priority Hiring: Individuals in Summer Staff Senior Staff positions
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Spring Crew plays a key role in preparing camp for its busy summer season, as well as making Kwasind run smoothly during guest group season. You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting guest group experiences
- Set-up, transitions, and operational excellence
- Hospitality and service
- Program support and leadership opportunities
- Preparing camp for the summer season
This is real work with real impact.
